Chocoholic’s Delight
Recently my boyfriend and I celebrated a special occasion by going to Max Brenner’s in Union Square. A restaurant dedicated to, and centered on my favorite food, chocolate. There, we got chocolate pizza; a thin dough smothered with melted chocolate, bananas and smooth creamy peanut butter. As if that weren’t enough we each got a sundae, my boyfriend got the “Spectacular Melting Chocolate S’more Sundae,” while I got the “Euphoric Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae.” Everything was amazing, and the decor was nice, yellows and light browns. The place is a bit on the pretentious side, and on the expensive side, but everything we ate was rich and delicious. Sadly we couldn’t finish our chocolate pizza and I didn’t even get halfway through my sundae, so the portions are more then generous. A nice place for a special treat.
