Excuse me for being mawkish, but this is a photo of one of my family’s pets, who died earlier today. We called him, in a wild burst of creativity, Big Cat, because he was the largest cat we owned. His passing really wasn’t much of surprise, he was at least 17 years old. He was amazingly sweet, purring all the time, following one from room to room and sleeping at our feet. We’ll miss him for sure.
